I'm Sayam, a full-stack engineer interested in the intersection of product engineering, interface craft, and applied AI.
I enjoy taking an idea from an unclear problem to a working product: understanding the user, shaping the experience, building the system, testing how it behaves, and refining the details.
I work across frontend and backend technologies, and I particularly enjoy projects where the engineering and visual experience need to be equally considered.
Outside my primary work, I'm interested in building independent products, experimenting with AI systems, and exploring more expressive ways to build for the web.

- Primary developer of the wealth-management dashboard frontend: portfolio, holdings, accounts, instruments and bond views, built with React, TypeScript, TanStack Query and Tailwind CSS.
- Built the statement-import flow, from upload and parsing to reviewing staged entries before they are committed, including a CAS statement parser in Go.
- Designed and built the market-data pipelines behind the product: mutual fund NAVs, exchange prices and corporate actions, security identifiers, benchmark indices, regulatory registries and fund disclosures, in Go, Bash and Python on PostgreSQL.
